The Structure of Plenary participants "Plans and Reality", which is going to be held on October 28,2014, is composed in frames of XIII All-Russian Forum "Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia: Revisioning strategies, Renewing meanings" in St.Petersburg. In the plenary session, where Aleksey Kudrin, Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences, St. Petersburg State University, will be the moderator, have already confirmed their participation: Andrey Belousov - Assistant to the President of Russian Federation; Andrey Klepach - Deputy Chairman (Chief Economist) - Member of the Board of the State Corporation "Development and Foreign Economic Affairs Bank (Vnesheconombank)"; Mikhail Dmitriev - President of the Economic Partnership "New Economic growth"; Vladimir Mau - Rector of Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of Russian Federation; Vladimir Knyaginin - President of the Foundation "Center for Strategic Research". It is expected, that Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, will address the meeting as the speaker.
