On September 11, in the Ministry of regional development the meeting of the Working group of the Organizing Committee of the Forum took place. At meeting, the results of a semi-final of the Competition  Urban Strategies, in which 11 cities took part, are summed up . The expert jury selected 6 cities (Cherepovets, Vologda, Apatity, Orsk, Samara, Kaliningrad, Russia) were able to submit their strategies to the Forum by 27 October in Saint Petersburg at the final stage of the competition. The working group considered also questions of forming of the Program of the Forum and approved the current version of the Program of the Forum.  

The Working Group also considered the issues of the formation of the Forum program and approved the current version of the Programme of the Forum. Agreed on a draft concept of the second plenary meeting (October 28) is approved. The draft of the concept of the second plenary meeting (on October 28) is approved. Carrying out the next meeting of the Organizing committee of the Forum is planned to take place on 29 September at the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
